New Year – New York – New You

It’s the New Year so it’s the new YOU, right? Everyone makes resolutions to get thinner, workout more and stop over indulging. So what if we looked at it from a different perspective? What if our goal for 2013 included getting healthier? The New Year could be spent focusing on eating for *nutrition and filling our bodies with nutrients instead of garbage. We could be concentrating on treating our bodies like temples instead of vessels. “Wellness is a lifestyle.”
Once you start putting your health first everything else will fall into place. Your confidence will soar and you will glow from inside out.  Each morning ask yourself, what am I going to do today to make me healthier, stronger and more focused? Life is full of choices.
