It’s the New Year so it’s the new YOU, right? Everyone makes resolutions to get thinner, workout more and stop over indulging. So what if we looked at it from a different perspective? What if our goal for 2013 included getting healthier? The New Year could be spent focusing on eating for *nutrition and filling our bodies with nutrients instead of garbage.
